School Accountability Report Cards SARC's
WELCOME to Tunnell Elementary School's Annual School Accountability Report Card. Parents will find valuable information about our academic achievement, professional staff, curricular programs, instructional materials, safety procedures, classroom environment, and condition of facilities.
Tunnell School provides a warm, stimulating environment where students are actively involved in learning academic content as well as positive values. We are excited about our school and welcome all parents, guardians, and community members to join in our efforts to create successful, responsible citizens. We invite you to explore our website, which provides valuable information about our school.
Our school is staffed with teachers who are dedicated to helping our students succeed. We take it upon ourselves to be constant learners. Students receive a standards-based curriculum, presented by dedicated professionals based on the individual needs of the students. We are considerate of students' academic and social backgrounds, and build students' learning based on students' knowledge and experience. Ongoing evaluation of student progress and achievement helps us refine the instructional program so students can achieve academic proficiency. We have made a commitment to provide the best educational program possible for Tunnell School students.
Mission Statement: All students will succeed to their fullest potential through the united efforts of students, staff, parents, and the community while on a safe campus.
The School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs) are published once each year for each school. The most current Report Cards contain information from the 2021-22 school year and were published in February 2023 as required by the state. Spanish translations will be available soon.
The SARCs are in pdf format and can be printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download a free version of Adobe Acrobat on this site's "Resources" page.
If you'd like to review SARCs from previous years, please click on the years below.
