We are a group of parents and teachers from Tunnell School who meet to plan fundraisers and school events for our Thunderbirds.

UPDATE: 2023-2024 Yearbooks

Hello Thunderbird Families,

Due to plant manufacturing issues beyond our control, yearbooks will be arriving later than expected. We know that this is upsetting. We are sad about this, too! We will be sending out a Parent Square for school pickup when they have shipped and we have more information. We will be receiving signature sheets early so students can have all their friends sign and write messages. If your student purchased a yearbook they will receive these pages sent to their classroom, as soon as we get them. 

Due to our sixth graders not receiving their books prior to their last day of school at Tunnell, we are working on a special 6th grade book for JUST the 6th graders. The Sixth Grade Remembrance Book will just be $5.00 and include lots of space for teachers and friends to sign. These books cost PTO double that to have made, but we wanted something memorable for their last year with us. We just want to give our 6th graders something really special! Sixth grade teachers will have all the purchasing info soon. 

If you purchased the standard issue yearbook, that will still be available in the summer for pickup when they arrive (watch Parent Square).

Yearbooks (standard issue) purchase with a summer pickup are still $25.00 via Venmo.  Please be sure to include your child's first and last name, along with the name of their teacher when using Venmo.  The Venmo QR code is below.

Fun Run schedule:

8:30-9:30     Gr. 1, 2, & TK AM Classes

9:30-10:30     Gr. 3 & 4

10:30-11:30     Gr. 5 & 6

12:15-1:15     Kinder & TK PM Classes

 Parents are welcome to come and observe the fun.  
You may want to bring a chair and/or blanket to sit on.
